DevOps & Platform Engineer

Own the infrastructure that runs all of Tribar — our self-hosted 3-node cluster, Docker Compose stacks, PostgreSQL databases, Redis, n8n automation, and deployment pipelines. You'll design and maintain our CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/Tempo), backup strategies, and security controls. You'll work across all products — Staff, CRM, Careers, Website, App — ensuring they deploy reliably and perform in production. We're a small team running a big ecosystem. You'll have broad ownership and real architectural influence.

Requirements

5+ years of DevOps / platform engineering Docker Compose and container orchestration PostgreSQL administration and backup strategies CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) Monitoring and observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) Cloud experience (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable) Linux systems administration Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
