Security & Compliance Engineer

Own Tribar's security posture and compliance program. You'll implement and maintain controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, and GDPR — ensuring we meet enterprise and government standards. You'll work on: IAM and access control, encryption (AES-256-GCM envelope encryption), audit logging (SHA-256 hash chain), vulnerability management, incident response, and security training. You'll collaborate with every product team to embed security by design. We have the architecture and controls documented — we need you to operationalize them, run the evidence collection, and lead us through audits.

Requirements

4+ years of security engineering or compliance SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 implementation experience Cloud security (GCP preferred) IAM and access control design Encryption and key management Incident response planning Security automation and tooling Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSK) preferred
