Open Positions
We build mobile apps, web platforms, and IoT systems that ship. If you code, design, or lead — and you care about craft — we should talk.
Marketing & Content Lead
Own Tribar's brand narrative and content engine. You'll drive our content pipeline — blog posts, case studies, LinkedIn thought leadership, newsletter, and video content — using our Content Engine automation. You'll work with Beacon (creative direction), Echo (design), and our technical team to produce content that positions Tribar as the go-to creative engineering lab. You'll manage our social media presence, nurture campaigns, and track content ROI. We have the automation (n8n content engine) — you bring the strategy and editorial voice.
AI / Machine Learning Engineer
Build the AI systems that power Tribar's products. You'll work on our Design Engine (generative design with LLMs, prompt engineering, few-shot learning), Tension Engine (AI-powered decomposition, cognitive signals, suggestion scoring), and the Content Engine (multi-channel content repurposing). You'll design and evaluate prompt pipelines, build RAG systems for our knowledge base, develop confidence-scored AI reasoning, and create human-in-the-loop workflows that meet ISO 42001 requirements. This is not a "prompt engineer" ticket — you'll own the full stack from model selection and fine-tuning through deployment and monitoring.
Security & Compliance Engineer
Own Tribar's security posture and compliance program. You'll implement and maintain controls across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, and GDPR — ensuring we meet enterprise and government standards. You'll work on: IAM and access control, encryption (AES-256-GCM envelope encryption), audit logging (SHA-256 hash chain), vulnerability management, incident response, and security training. You'll collaborate with every product team to embed security by design. We have the architecture and controls documented — we need you to operationalize them, run the evidence collection, and lead us through audits.
Frontend Engineer (Next.js)
Build the web interfaces that define Tribar's ecosystem. You'll work across our Next.js 14 apps — Staff workspace, CRM, Careers, Website, Client Portal — building responsive, accessible, and delightful interfaces. You'll own features from design handoff through deployment. You'll work with our Design Engine to generate branded UI, contribute to our shared component library (shadcn/ui pattern with Radix primitives), and help define frontend architecture. We use TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and server components by default. If you care about performance, accessibility, and clean code — you'll fit right in.
QA & Test Automation Engineer
Build the testing infrastructure that keeps Tribar's ecosystem reliable. You'll own our Playwright E2E test suite, write integration tests, set up visual regression testing, and establish QA processes across all 6 products. You'll work closely with every engineering team to ensure quality is built in — not bolted on. You'll define test strategies, automate what can be automated, and build the dashboards that make quality visible. We believe in the Human Hand — your work ensures our AI-generated and human-crafted code ships with confidence.
DevOps & Platform Engineer
Own the infrastructure that runs all of Tribar — our self-hosted 3-node cluster, Docker Compose stacks, PostgreSQL databases, Redis, n8n automation, and deployment pipelines. You'll design and maintain our CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/Tempo), backup strategies, and security controls. You'll work across all products — Staff, CRM, Careers, Website, App — ensuring they deploy reliably and perform in production. We're a small team running a big ecosystem. You'll have broad ownership and real architectural influence.
Technical Product Manager
Define and drive the product roadmap for Tribar's ecosystem. You'll work across our 6 products — understanding user needs, prioritizing features, writing specs, and measuring impact. You'll be the voice of the user in every room. You'll work with Orbit (PM operations), Delta (engineering), Echo (design), and Beacon (marketing) to ship products that solve real problems. You'll own the product discovery process — user interviews, competitive analysis, opportunity sizing. This is a hands-on PM role for someone who can go deep on technical products while keeping the big picture in focus.
Sales & Business Development Lead
Own the full sales cycle at Tribar — from outbound outreach and demos to proposals and closed SOWs. You'll build pipeline in our target segments (SMEs, tourism, local government, industrial, funded startups, AI transformation), manage CRM hygiene, and collaborate with Delta (CTO) on technical demos. We don't sell hours — we sell packages: Discovery Sprints (€7,500), MVP Builds, and retainers. Your compensation includes base + commission on closed deals. This is a founding revenue role. You'll define our sales playbook, build the outreach machine, and establish the partnerships pipeline.
Senior Flutter Engineer
We're looking for a senior Flutter engineer who has shipped production apps to the App Store and Google Play. You'll own features from architecture through deployment — working directly with clients, designers, and your fellow engineers. This is not a ticket-picking role. You'll be expected to contribute to architecture decisions, code review, CI/CD pipelines, and our internal Design Engine.
UX / Product Designer
Design mobile and web interfaces that actually ship. You'll work directly with engineers and clients — from whiteboarding sessions to polished Figma files to production UI.
IoT / Embedded Engineer
Build firmware, MQTT pipelines, edge computing systems, and real-time dashboards for industrial and consumer IoT products.
Technical Writer
Write technical blog posts, case studies, and documentation that make complex topics accessible.
Project Manager
Lead client projects from kickoff to launch. You'll be the bridge between clients and engineering.
Backend Engineer (Go/Node.js)
We build serverless backends on Firebase, Cloud Run, and GCP. You'll design APIs, real-time data pipelines, event-driven systems, and infrastructure that scales.
